Dr. Pooja Godara is a comprehensive ophthalmologist offering a wide range of clinical services, including cataract surgery, dry eye treatment, pterygium removal, glaucoma management, diabetic eye disease, macular degeneration, and trauma and emergency eye care. After relocating to the United States, Dr. Godara spent two years in clinical research at the Medical College of Wisconsin focusing on advanced retinal imaging, for which she received the VitreoRetinal Surgery Foundation Research Award. She then completed a second residency in ophthalmology at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where she received the Lynn B. McMahan, M.D., Award for Outstanding First-Year Resident Research Project.
