Dr. Ricardo Salinas is a Texas native from San Antonio. He attended the University of Texas at Austin, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology, and completed medical school at the Long School of Medicine at UT Health San Antonio. Dr. Salinas completed his ophthalmology residency at Tulane University School of Medicine, where he was awarded Trainee of the Year in his final year.
