We accept most major insurance plans including Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, United Healthcare, and VSP. Please call our office at 512.327.7000 to verify your specific plan coverage.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
For surgical procedure days, please bring a valid photo ID, your insurance card, a list of current medications, and any pre-operative instructions provided by your surgeon. You must bring a driver — you will not be able to drive yourself home after surgery.
How long does a comprehensive eye exam take?
A comprehensive eye exam typically takes 60–90 minutes, including dilation time. Surgical consultations may take longer depending on the measurements and evaluations required. We recommend planning 1–2 hours for your first visit.
